Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Pet Policy:
Our community is only a short walk to your pet's favorite spots including dog parks, trails, and pet food stores.
Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Maximum weight limit of 20 pounds.
Pet deposit is $700.00 per pet.
Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet.
The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted. Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid.
Pet owner agrees to comply with all ordinances, regulations and laws applicable to the Pet described above, including but not limited to vaccination and city licensing, a copy of license and vaccinations which must be on file with Owner/Agent at all times.
Pet must be spayed or neutered.
